Teresa joined us at Sunflowers in 2016. Teresa has a very calming nature and this means our smallest people at Sunflowers settle in really well, she is also excellent at reassuring new parents meaning they are very happy to leave their children with us. Teresa is our Room Leader in the baby room and is very nurturing and has built up excellent key Person relationships. Teresa holds a Level 3 CACHE qualification in Childcare and Education and has completed a Level 5 Lead Practitioner Apprenticeship.
