Alison joined our team in 2021 and is our 3bees Room Leader, she has a calm but also imaginative side to keep our 2 & 3 year olds busy and develop that thirst for learning. Alison holds the level 3 Early Years Educator qualification, level 4 Healthcare Play Specialist Qualification and has completed a level 5 Lead Practitioner Apprenticeship.
Alison is passionate about Early Years Education and Childcare and has a meticulous approach. Alison is responsible for completing our Statutory 2 year olds checks.
