Nursery Manager
Heather has been managing Sunflowers since 2003. She has worked hard to instil the ethos and excellent practice that Sunflowers prides itself on. Heather holds the NNEB Diploma, A Foundation Degree in Early Years, a BA in Childhood Studies and achieved Early Years Professional Status which is a post graduate qualification. Heather is currently studying towards an MBA in Strategic Leadership.
Heathers vision for Early Years Childcare and Education is through fun and play based exploration and investigation. Developing Key relationships with the children is a high priority and this is something which is expected across all age groups.
